A Transportation Screening Worksheet provides City staff with information regarding the proposed density and mix of uses proposed for the development, trip generation estimates, and the TMP tier for the project. 

Depending on the level of on-street parking occupancy and the percentage of non-residential use of a property, developments may be eligible for the City’s Residential Parking Permit Program.

Traffic Design Services in Alexandria

Traffic design is required for many reasons such as ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people and goods, safety, and traffic control and flow.
