We are pleased to announce that Les Adkins has been promoted to Principal at Wells + Associates.
For over a dozen years, Les has been an integral part of the W+A team. As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and with certifications as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and Professional Transportation Planner (PTP), Les has become a core part of our traffic engineering and transportation planning team.

In his home base of Northern Virginia, Les is well regarded for his work on transportation and development projects, particularly in the growing suburbs in Prince William County and Loudoun County. His work includes managing the traffic and planning aspects of data centers and other facilities that have been fueled by the developing internet-based economy.
Les’ colleague Kevin Fellin, elaborated: “Les’ promotion is well deserved. Born and raised in Prince William County, he takes pride in where he lives and it shows in his passion for his work. Les is an active participant in NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, as well as the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) Future Leaders circle.
