The Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) recently announced Lydia Shackelford as a recipient of their 40 Under 40 award. The ACT 40 Under 40 award recognizes leaders who are committed to developing programs that shift transportation behavior and creating long-lasting change within their communities and organizations.
As a leader Wells + Associates’ TDM team, Lydia has guided and helped clients in the Washington, DC metro region in expanding the transportation choices at their properties and communities. Her work fits one description that ACT has for their award:
