Since its founding in 1991, W+A has supported clients in the District in the areas of traffic engineering, transportation planning, parking, Transportation Demand Management, and more. Our DC transportation team continues to be led by Jami Milanovich, P.E. who for two decades has been a trusted transportation advisor to our clients on a wide range of complex projects in DC.

Jami is joined by Jim Watson, AICP PTP, a senior transportation planner with W+A, who also has extensive experience working for clients in the District.
