Beverly Wagner is a traffic engineer on our transportation engineering and planning team, working on the transportation aspects of our clients’ development projects. She joined Wells + Associates after serving as a transportation planner for the Fairfax County Department of Transportation and in transportation planning and traffic operations at a major engineering and planning firm.
At FCDOT, Beverly managed on-street parking programs, evaluated the expansion or establishment of parking districts, developed restriction and permit recommendations, and prepared materials for presentations to the Board of Supervisors and stakeholders.
While studying for and after earning her bachelor’s degree in civil and infrastructure engineering, Beverly worked as a civil engineering intern in the department of public works of the City of Falls Church.
