Beverly Wagner

Beverly Wagner is a traffic engineer on our transportation engineering and planning team, working on the transportation aspects of our clients’ development projects. She joined Wells + Associates after serving as a transportation planner for the Fairfax County Department of Transportation and in transportation planning and traffic operations at a major engineering and planning firm. 

At FCDOT, Beverly managed on-street parking programs, evaluated the expansion or establishment of parking districts, developed restriction and permit recommendations, and prepared materials for presentations to the Board of Supervisors and stakeholders. 

While studying for and after earning her bachelor’s degree in civil and infrastructure engineering, Beverly worked as a civil engineering intern in the department of public works of the City of Falls Church. She also worked as an intern and full-time transportation/traffic engineering analyst at a major engineering and planning firm.

What is your favorite quote?
“Get comfortable being uncomfortable” is a mantra that has helped me navigate as a first-generation college graduate and throughout my career.
Describe your ideal weekend.
My ideal weekend includes Zumba and the famers market, followed by an outdoor community event and/or spending time with friends and family.
Favorite place to travel?
My two favorite places I’ve traveled to so far is Bolivia and Japan.
Favorite book?
My favorite book is Project Hail Mary, I also love the movie!
