Wells + Associates is pleased to announce that Courtney J. Menjivar, Vice President of Mobility Management and TDM, has been selected to serve on CREW’s (Commercial Real Estate for Women’s Network) National Mixed-Use Council.
Founded in 1989, CREW Network is a global organization that advances all women in commercial real estate through business networking, industry research, leadership development, and career outreach initiatives. The Mixed Use Council includes individuals who work in the development, construction, management, design, and build, of the mixed-use asset class and explores issues related to communities, financing, activation, mobility, and coexistence.
Courtney is a recognized expert in transportation demand management (TDM), a discipline which works with existing infrastructure to reduce reliance on single-occupancy vehicles, giving more transportation choices to commuters and raising the value of real estate developments by building customized multimodal systems.
