Join Our TDM + Mobility Management Team

At Wells + Associates, we empower people, communities, and companies by improving their access and mobility. We are keenly aware that having a company culture that encourages personal and professional growth goes hand in hand with creating solutions for clients that are “outside the box” of the current landscape.

Aside from a full range of benefits for our employees, including our employee-ownership ESOP plan, we seek individuals who are ready to master the needs of the current job but who also seek to grow beyond the job description. With our membership and involvement in a wide range of industry and trade associations, we offer a path for professionals who are looking for a company they can grow with.

Professional Development and Employee Development Plans

We believe that an employee development plan is an important tool to help employees grow both personally and professionally. In addition to their own career growth, career development plans help members of our TDM & Mobility Management Team accomplish company goals and keep the team motivated, productive, and successful. The plans also help us uncover resources that may help an employee reach their goals.

While each plan is different, the core components of an effective development plan address the following:

  • Challenge: A good plan pushes employees to improve their skills, refine their knowledge, and gain confidence in their roles.
  • Support: The plan should include sources of support that will help employees reach their goals. This can include financial assistance for classes, mentoring agreements, training plans, and other resources.
  • Evaluation: Plans establish clear, measurable indicators of progress and success. This includes setting deadlines, checkpoints, and deliverables.
Association Membership + Participation
  • Networking: meeting with peers and developing mentor/mentee relationships outside of the company environment.
  • Professional Development: helping employees to expand their professional skillset through conferences, webinars, and other meetings.

The members of our TDM team have been involved in a variety of professional development groups and associations, including:

  • Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT)
  • Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW)
  • American Marketing Association (AMA)
  • Urban Land Institute (ULI)
  • Society for Marketing Professionals (SMPS)
  • National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP)
  • Building Owner Management Association (BOMA)
Conferences + Speaking Engagements

Getting outside of one’s comfort zone and taking the next step to join a professional panel discussion or present on a topic of interest often serves as a confidence booster to grow one’s career to the next level. Our team has been encouraged to partake in opportunities such as:

  • Networking
  • Professional Development
  • Webinar Presentations
  • Panel Discussions
